摘要
提高师范生的教师专业素质是师范院校一线教师的一项迫切且重要的任务。教学研究能力的培养是提高教师专业素质的一种重要方法。该文通过对广西师范学院大三及大四的部分理科生的教学研究情况进行调查、分析及研究,提出了培养师范院校学生教学研究意识及教学研究能力的策略。
To improve the professional quality of teachers in normal colleges and universities is an urgent and important task for the teachers. And to train the students' ability of teaching research is an important method to improve the professional quality of teachers. Through investigating and analyzing the junior and senior science students teaching research, we discuss and put forward the consciousness and strategy of training normal college students for teaching research ability.
