摘要
逆向工程(RE)和快速成型技术一体化目前已发展成为CAD/CAM系统中相对独立的研究领域。作为融合先进技术大大缩短产品设计开发周期的重要支撑技术,近年来受到制造业前所未有的关注。本文以核电关键零件钩爪为例,论述了典型零件的点云获取,基于Geomagic Studio的模型重构,以及通过3D打印机进行原型制作的过程。并就模型重构过程中的点云处理,多边形处理和曲面处理等关键问题进行了探讨,并对数据进行误差分析,提出减小误差的方法。
Integration of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping has become an independent research field in CAD/CAM. It is an advanced supporting technique that can digest, absorb and shorten the product redesign and manufacturing cycle, and has become a hot spot in manufacturing industry. This paper takes a hook claw as an example, and describes a typical part of point cloud acquisition based on the studio Geomagic model reconstruction and the process of prototype pro- duction via 3D printer. The key issues such as point cloud processing, polygon processing and sur- face processing are discussed. An error analysis is presented, and an error reduction method is proposed.
