神木烟煤燃烧特征和燃烧产物的分析研究

摘要 利用高温管式炉对神木优质烟煤进行燃烧实验,并对燃烧的烟气及残渣进行分析.实验结果表明:用神木烟煤部分替代重油在一定条件下是可行的,使用合适的神木烟煤,采用富氧与部分富氧燃烧形式,燃烧温度在1 200℃可以保证不影响玻璃质量,避免燃烧不完全的炭烟颗粒进入基质.采用神木优质烟煤磨细部分取代重油,结合采用部分富氧燃烧技术,将为浮法玻璃生产行业带来有益的探索. The high temperature tube furnace experiments were conducted on the combustion tests of high-quality grinding bituminous of Shenmu coal,and the flue gas and combustion residue were analysed.The test results show that the use of Shenmu-coal’s bituminous part instead of heavy oil under certain conditions was feasible. Appropriate use of Shenmu-coal’s bituminous coal,with taking combustion with oxygen-rich form and part-oxygen-rich form combustion technology,controlling the combustion temperature at1 200 ℃,can ensure that the quality of the glass is not affected and incomplete burning carbon smoke particles getting into the matrix is avoided. If Heavy oil can be replaced with high-quality grinding bituminous coal of Shenmu-coal,combined with the use of part of the oxygen enriched combustion technology,it will bring considerable application to float glass production industry.
