在分析网络学术期刊核心竞争力内涵与特征的基础上,探讨了基于人力资源管理水平、营销服务能力、协同组织能力构成的内部动力机制,由市场环境、技术环境、社会文化环境构成的外部动力机制,以及内、外部动力机制协调作用下形成的创新动力机制.最后从智力资源、资源整合、流程优化、持续创新等方面提出了提升网络学术期刊的核心竞争力的有效途径.

This paper started from the meaning and characteristics of the core competitiveness of online academic journals. Then it discussed the internal dynamic mechanism based on the level of human resource management,marketing and service ability,cooperative organization competence,and the external dynamic mechanism based on market environment,technology environment,social and cultural environment,and the innovation dynamic mechanism which was formed based on the internal and external power mechanism coordination. Based on this,different ways to improve the core competitiveness of online academic journals were posed,such as intelligence resources,resources integration,process optimization,continuous innovation.
