自制多功能约束服制作及在临床中的应用

Development and clinical application of multifunctional restraint clothing

目的:制作自制多功能约束服,并探讨其在临床中的应用效果。方法:根据护理实践工作中客观存在的问题并结合相关的临床研究进行设计,多功能约束服由胸、腹、肩部约束单,双上肢约束单、床栏约束单及固定手套组成。选取2014年1月至2014年12月期间收治的患者80例,观察组和对照组各40例,分别应用自制多功能约束服和传统的约束带固定,观察对比约束效果。结果:观察组患者皮肤擦伤、勒红、约束带滑脱、引流管脱出3项不良反应发生率均低于对照组,且患者家属满意度明显高于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论:使用自制多功能约束服能够有效固定躯干和上肢,起到良好的约束作用,有利于监护、诊查、病情观察工作的进行。同时对于减少护理意外、提高护理安全具有非常重要的意义,值得在临床上参考借鉴。

Objective To explore the development and clinical application of a kind of multifunctional restraint clothing. The clothing was composed of a restraint sheet for the chest, abdomen and shoulder, a sheet for the upper limbs, a sheet fixed to the bedrails and restraint gloves. Totally 80 patients hospitalized from January to December 2014 were divided equally into an observation group and a control group, with self-developed muhifunctional restraint clothing and traditional one involved in the two groups respectively. The restraint effects were compared in the two groups.Results The observation group had the incidence rates of skin abrasion, chafing, slipping of restraint strap and drainage tube significantly lower than those in the control group, while the degree of satisfaction of the relatives higher than that in the other one, with P〈0.05. Conchuslon The restraint clothing can be used to fix the trunk and upper limbs, and thus can facilitate the clinical monitoring, diagnosis and observation with the nursing incident reduced.
