摘要
目的:应用国内外先进技术,在现有"军卫一号"医院信息系统(hospital information system,HIS)平台下,实施军队医院药品物流与智能分发系统,扩充药材管理的内涵和功能。方法:硬件设备采用个人数字助手(personal digital assistant,PDA)、电子货柜、电子标签、智能药柜等物流设备,软件环境采用Windows 2003、Windows XP操作系统,0racle 10g数据库,运用Java进行应用开发。结果:实现了平战时两级数字化库房物流化管理和药材的智能化拣选,冷链和温湿度管理系统确保了药品安全。结论:数字化药品物流系统的建立,扩展了军队医院信息系统的应用功能,有利于提升药材管理的综合水平。
Objective To develop a medicine logistics and intelligent distribution system in the military hospital based on HIS of No.1 Military Medical Project so as to improve medicine management. Methods The hardware included the PDA, electronic counter, electronic label, intelligent medicine cabinet and etc, and the software involved in Wimlows 2003, Windows XP, Oracle 10g database and Java. Results The system realized two-grade logistics nlanagement in the ware- house, intelligent picking of medicine, cold chain management, temperature and humidity management at wartime and peacetime.
