摘要
目的:落实国家医疗服务管理政策和发改委相关规定,方便患者查询就诊费用明细和监督医院物价情况。方法:通过需求分析,设计系统架构和业务流程,并利用PowerBuilder 9.0作为软件开发工具实现基于客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)架构的医院物价及费用明细自助查询系统。结果:患者可通过物价及费用明细自助查询系统实时查看医院药品和诊疗项目信息,真正做到价格透明,便于患者就诊和对医院物价的监督。结论:利用信息化手段解决了医院物价管理中的实际问题,落实了相关政策规定,方便了患者,提升了医院整体形象。
Objective To facilitate the medical bill enquiry and hospital charging supervision to meet the requirements of national medical service management policies and Development and Reform Commission. MethodsPowerBuilder 9.0 and C/S architecture were used to develop a hospital charging and medical bill self-enquiry system. Results The system made the patient clear about the prices of drugs and medical treatment, and thus facilitated medical service and hospital charging supervision. ConchuslonProblems in hospital charging management are solved with informatized tools, and medical service and the fame of hospital are both enhanced greatly.
