官兵性格测试与职业匹配系统的设计与实现

Design and implementation of personality testing and occupation matching system for officers and soldiers

目的:设计一个性格测试与职业匹配系统,实现对官兵的性格类型进行测试与评价,针对不同性格的官兵,系统将根据其测试得到的性格类型自动匹配其性格所适合的职业类型,以供被试人参考。方法:利用Delphi7.0编程工具进行设计。利用数据库的处理方法将2种国际公认的性格测试试题(MBTI和DISC)进行处理,并对测试的结果进行相关分析。结果:通过利用2种性格测试的综合测评,对被试者的性格类型进行了相对较准确的判断,同时提供了其性格所适合的职业类型。结论:官兵性格测试与职业匹配系统在一定程度上提高了部队用人的效率,进而提升了部队的战斗力。

Objective To design a system of personality test and occupation matching to provide references on personali- ty-based occupation to the officers and soldiers with different personalities. Methods Delphi7.0 was used to design the system. Myers-Briggs type indicator （MBTI） and DISC personality test were processed with database method, and the test results underwent correlation analysis. Results The personalities of the subjects were determined, and the occupations matching the personalities were pointed out accordingly.
