摘要
目的:探讨以问题为基础的教学方法(problem-based leaming,PBL)在临床核医学教学实践中的应用价值。方法:选择2011年至2012年在某院参加核医学课程学习的临床医学专业三年级本科生35名为实验组,采用PBL教学法;另外35名同专业、同年级的学生作为对照组,采用传统教学方法。比较2种教学方法的效果差异。结果:通过对2组学生进行理论测试、临床测试及满意度测评,发现实验组学生的学习效果明显优于对照组。结论:PBL教学法在临床核医学教学中具有可行性,可明显提高教学效果。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the importance of problem-based learning (PBL) in clinical nuclear medicine teaching. Seventy 3rd-year medical students of Shanghai Jiaotong University were enrolled in this study from 2011 to 2012. The students were randomly divided into PBL teaching group and Traditional teaching group. The results of exam and survey of those students were compared between these two groups. Results The students in PBL teaching group showed better performance than those in traditional teaching group. The students in PBL groups performed more actively and collaboratively than those in traditional teaching group.Conchuslon In the application of clinical nuclear medicine teaching, PBL is superior to traditional teaching method. PBL teaching method is effective and feasible in undergraduate clinical nuclear medicine teaching. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2015,36(12) : 129-131 ]
