累积噪声接触量与听力损伤的关系研究

Relationship between cumulative exposureto noise and hearing damage

目的研究累积噪声接触量与听力损伤的关系。方法采用回顾性队列研究方法研究噪声接触组和噪声非接触组之间听力损伤差异。结果接触组413人,听力损伤162人,听力损伤率为39.2%,非接触组290人,听力损伤10人,听力损伤率为3.4%,听力损伤的发生率在噪声接触组和非接触组比较,差异有统计学意义（χ~2=118.001,P〈0.05）。结论累积噪声接触量与听力损伤之间有剂量-反应关系。

Objective To study the relationship between the cumulative noise exposure and hearing damage.Methods Retrospective cohort study was employed to explore the risks for occupational hearing damage in noise exposure group and non-noise exposure group.Results There were 162 persons with occupational hearing damage in the noise exposure group（totally 413persons）,and 10 persons with the occupational hearing damage in the non-noise exposure group（totally 290persons）.The rate of hearing damage was 3.4%.The occurrence rate of occupational hearing damage was statistical differences（χ2=118.001,P〈0.05）.Conclusions A dose-response relationship between the cumulative noise exposure and hearing damage was found from the present study.
