摘要
文章分析了西北少数民族双语师资培养培训中存在的主要问题,论证了成立西北少数民族双语师资培养培训协同创新中心的必要性、可行性与迫切性,分析了双语师资培养培训国内外现状及发展趋势,提出构建当前双语师资培养培训的有效模式,即以教育部西北少数民族师资培训中心为基础,联合西北地区相关高校,打破省区界限,发挥政府间的协调作用,统整双语师资的培养培训机构,以先进的理念、科学的统筹方法、合理的体制机制联合培养高质量的双语师资。
The article analyses the issues in North-West ethnic groups bilingual teacher education and training. It demonstrates the necessity,feasibility and urgency of establishing the coordinated innovation centre of North-West ethnic groups bilingual teacher education and training. It analyses the current national and international state and development trend of bilingual teacher education and training. It proposes an effective model for building current bilingual teacher education and training. With the North-West Ethnic Groups Teacher Education Center in the Education Department as the base,it proposes involving relevant universities in the North-West Region and breaking down the barriers of provinces and regions. It recommends coordination among the Government departments to govern the bilingual teacher education and training institutions. The aim is to use contemporary concepts,scientific governance,effective system and mechanism to network and train quality bilingual teachers.
