新疆莎车县双语教师队伍建设的问题与对策

Issues and Strategies of Bilingual Teacher Training in Shache County Xinjiang

加强新疆少数民族地区师资建设,提高教师专业发展水平,关系到教学质量的提升,甚至关系到国家安全、社会和谐稳定。文章通过对南疆重镇莎车县的实地调研,提出当前新疆少数民族地区教师队伍建设中存在教师流失严重、专业发展水平滞后、培训缺乏实效性等问题。文章认为稳定师资队伍需要创设良好的环境、提高教师待遇,在师资配置的机制上要有所创新,同时要增强各类培训的实效性,促进教师整体素质的提高。

Strengthening teacher training of Xinjiang ethnic regions and improving teacher professional development impact on education quality, national security, and social harmony and stability. This paper reports the field research on teacher training issues in the strategic Shache County of Southern Xinjiang. It is found that high staff turnover in Xinjiang ethnic regions, lagging professional development, and ineffective teacher training are the problems. The paper proposes strategies to keep the good teachers as building good environment, improving teacher remuneration, innovation in teacher allocation and improving effectiveness of training to improve the quality of teaching profession.
