摘要
举办内地新疆高中班是党中央、国务院为加快新疆各族人才培养步伐而做出的重要战略决策,对促进新疆经济繁荣、社会进步、民族团结和各项事业全面发展具有深远意义。内地新疆高中班办学十几年来,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一些问题,如生源基础相对薄弱、德育和思想政治教育工作任务艰巨、日常教育和管理工作须进一步加强、内地新疆高中班高校毕业生就业工作任重道远等。为此,文章提出了相应的对策建议:要进一步提高内地新疆高中班生源质量,坚持不懈地抓好德育与思想政治教育,强化内地新疆学生教育和管理工作,积极争取国家和有关部委的支持,进一步加大对内地新疆高中班办学支持力度,加快推动内地新疆高中班高校毕业生和协作计划毕业生就业指导工作。
Establishing Senior Classes in Inner Provinces for Xinjiang Students is the crucial strategic measure by the Central Party Committee and the State Council to accelerate the training of skilled and professional personnel of all Xinjiang ethnic groups. It has far reaching effects to promote Xinjiang's economic prosperity, social progress, ethnic unity and the overall development. Achievements have been made in the past ten years since the establishment of Senior Classes in Inner Provinces for Xinjiang Students. However, there are issues to be resolved. The issues include relative week foundations of source students, challenging tasks of moral, ideological and political education, improvement needed in teaching and administrative routines, and a long way to go for the employment of graduates of the Senior Classes in Inner Provinces for Xinjiang Students. Therefore, the paper recommends relevant strategies: to continue raising the quality of source students of Senior Classes in Inner Provinces for Xinjiang Students; to persist in moral, ideological and political education; to strengthen the teaching and administrative management of Xinjiang Students in Inner Provinces; to actively seek support of the State and relevant departments, to obtain greater level of support to manage the operation of Senior Classes in Inner Provinces for Xinjiang Students; and to timely promote employment guidance for university graduates and cooperatively planned graduates of Senior Classes in Inner Provinces for Xinjiang Students.
