摘要
师资队伍建设一直是新疆学前双语教育发展的重要问题。文章通过对新疆学前双语教师科研现状的调查,结合访谈等研究方法,阐明了学前双语教师科研的现状并对其成因进行了分析。文章认为在双语教育推进过程中,急需双语教师提高科研能力,以更好地探寻幼儿学习汉民双语的规律、汉民学前双语教育的特点等问题。为此,文章从学前双语教师能力提高、加强知识管理、完善制度机制等方面,对改善学前双语教师科研状况进行了思考,以期提高学前双语教师的科研能力。
Teacher education has always been an important issue in Xinjiang early childhood bilingual education development. The paper, through a survey and interviews, clarifies the current state of Xinjiang early childhood bilingual teacher education research and analyses its causal factors. It advises the urgent need to improve bilingual teachers' educational research capabilities in the process of promoting bilingual education, in order to further explore the mechanisms of children's bilingual learning of Chinese and ethnic language, and the characteristics of Chinese and ethnic children's bilingual education. Therefore, the paper considers the issues of improving bilingual teachers' capabilities, strengthening knowledge management, improving regulations and systems to improve early childhood bilingual teachers' educational research. The aim is to improve early childhood bilingual teachers' educational research capabilities.
