汉族干部少数民族语言培训存在的问题及对策

Issues and Strategies in Ethnic Language Training of Chinese Leaders

新疆汉族干部学习少数民族语言,对促进新疆各民族团结、维护社会和谐稳定具有十分重要的意义。文章通过对喀什市、克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州、拜城县教育局、尼勒克县木斯乡汉族干部少数民族语言,即维吾尔语和哈萨克语培训情况的调研,就新疆汉族干部少数民族语言培训过程中存在的汉族干部对学习少数民族语言的认识问题、培训教材问题、培训师资问题、课堂教学问题及学员的学习方法与语言实践问题进行了分析探讨,在此基础上提出了解决问题的对策与建议。

It is important for Xinjiang Han leaders to learn ethnic languages in order to unite all the Xinjiang ethnic groups, maintain social harmony and stability. The paper is based on a survey of the Han leaders' training in learning Uyghur and Kazakh Languages in Kashi City, Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture, and the Baicheng County Education Bureau in the Aksu Prefecture, Musixiang Village, Nilka County in Yili Prefecture. It analyses the issues of awareness, training materials, teacher resources, classroom teaching, as well as learners' learning methods and language applications. It recommends strategies and suggestions to resolve the issues.
