摘要
文章以新疆2007年来开始启动实施的"自治区农村双语教师特培计划"(以下简称"特培计划")为背景,探讨双语教师的培养,主要研究新疆农村双语教师特培生双语能力的培养。文章以双语能力的概念为切入点,探讨特培生双语能力培养存在的问题;从双语教师特培计划与培养方案、特培生的调查以及与培养院校及主管部门相关领导的访谈等方面,围绕特培生的语言知识、语言技能以及双语思维分析能力、双语教学能力等要素分析了特培生培养中双语能力存在的不足。文章认为教育主管部门、培养院校应在特培生的语言能力培养标准、师资队伍建设以及双语测试工具编制等方面完善相关工作。
This paper is based on the 'rural bilingual teacher education plan in Xinjiang autonomous region'(there on as special training plan) since 2007,and explores the education of bilingual teachers,specifically developing rural bilingual teachers' capabilities. It explores the issues in education of the special education students from the perspective of the concept of bilingual capabilities. It investigated the special education plan of bilingual teachers and the education program,surveyed the special education students and interviewed the leaders of the education institutions and administration departments. It analyzed the issues in developing bilingual capabilities of special education students in terms of their linguistic knowledge,linguistic skills,bilingual cognitive analytical abilities and bilingual teaching skills. The paper suggests that the education department,education institutions should improve in terms of the standards of developing linguistic capabilities of special education students,professional development of teaching staff and refinement of language tests.
