新疆高校少数民族双语师范生教育见习中的问题及对策——以昌吉学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着新疆高校少数民族双语师范生实践教学的不断深入,特别是在当前实习支教的背景下,少数民族双语师范生教育见习的作用和地位日益凸显。文章通过对新疆高校少数民族双语师范生教育见习现状的调查,认为当前新疆高校少数民族双语师范生教育见习主要存在目标定位不准、重视程度不够、缺少见习场所及见习手册等问题。针对这些问题,结合我区少数民族双语师范生教育见习的特点,提出编订必要的双语教育见习手册、建构科学的"三三制"教育见习模式等对策,以期提高区内高校少数民族双语师范生的教育见习水平,最终为培养合格的中小学双语师资服务。 As more undergraduate ethnic bilingual student teachers doing practical teaching rounds,particularly in the current background of student teachers doing practical teaching as support projects to Xinjiang,the effects and status of ethnic bilingual student teachers doing practical teaching are increasingly significant. This article has surveyed the current state of undergraduate ethnic bilingual student teachers doing practical teaching in Xinjiang,and suggests that there are issues with undergraduate ethnic bilingual student teachers doing practical teaching in Xinjiang. The key issues include inappropriate objectives,insufficient recognitions,lack of places to do practical teaching and non-existence of manuals for practical teaching. To address these issues,and relevant to the nature of the Region's ethnic bilingual student teachers' practical teaching, the paper proposes strategies of compiling essential manuals for bilingual practical teaching, and establishing the scientific 'Three-and-Three' Training Model practical teaching model,aiming to improve the quality of undergraduate ethnic bilingual student teachers' practical teaching in Xinjiang Region,and ultimately to serve the purpose of having qualified primary and secondary bilingual teachers.
