湿性愈合敷料在肝胆外科术部切口脂肪液化中的应用

Application of wet healing dressing in incision fat liquefaction in department of hepatobiliary surgery

目的:探讨湿性愈合敷料在肝胆外科术部切口脂肪液化中的应用效果。方法:选取95例肝胆外科术后发生切口脂肪液化患者,将其随机分为观察组53例和对照组42例。对照组给予传统换药方法,观察组给予湿性愈合敷料。比较两组患者切口愈合情况、渗液消失时间、愈合时间、新鲜肉芽组织生长时间、换药次数、换药费用及术部切口感染情况。结果:所有患者均痊愈。两组患者渗液消失时间、愈合时间、新鲜肉芽组织生长时间、换药次数、换药费用及术部切口感染情况经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用湿性愈合敷料处理肝胆外科术部切口脂肪液化,可促进肉芽组织生长,缩短切口愈合时间,减少换药次数,降低术部切口感染率。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of wet healing dressing in the treatment of incision fat liquefaction in the department of hepatobiliary surgery. Methods ： Ninety - five cases were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 53 ） and control group （ n = 42 ）. Control group was treated by traditional dressing method while the observation group with wet healing dressing. The healing of wound, healing time, dressing change and wound infection were ob- served and compared. Results：All patients were cured. Two groups of patients＇ exudate disappeared time, healing time, fresh granulation tissue growth time, number of dressing changes, costs and surgical incision dressing infection had a statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：The wet healing dressing hepatobiliary surgery incision fat liquefaction, can promote the growth of granulation tissue, shorten the wound healing time, reduce the number of dressing changes, reduce postoperative incision infection rate.
