北京市某三级甲等医院护士工作满意度的调查研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:了解某三级甲等医院护士工作满意度情况,为护理管理者制定提高护士工作满意度的措施提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对某三级甲等医院2012年3~5月282名临床护士进行调查。结果:全院护士工作满意度量表中工作满意度总均分(3.12±0.61)分。各维度得分情况由高到低依次是同事关系、被表扬和认可、控制与责任、互动机会、排班、职业发展机会、家庭与工作平衡、福利待遇。各科室工作满意度总均分间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:推行"优质护理服务示范工程"以后,护士工作满意度明显增高,但急诊科和ICU的工作满意度仍处于较低水平。提示护理管理者应该注意提高相应科室工作状况,从而提高护士工作满意度,保证护士队伍的稳定、健康发展。 Objective :To investigate a third grade class -A hospital nurses' job satisfaction situation for nursing managers formulated to improve the nurses job satisfaction measures provide a basis. Methods:Using the method of questionnaire ,282 clinical nurses in 3 - A - grade hospital from March to May in 2012 were investigated. Results:Total score of job satisfaction in the whole hospital nurses' Job Satisfaction Scale (3.12 ~ 0.61 ). Each dimension scores from high to low in order:relationship with colleagues, praise and recognition, control and responsibility, opportunities for interaction, scheduling, career de- velopment opportunities, a balance between work and family, welfare and treatment. Various departments work satisfaction total score the difference was sta- tistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The implementation of "high quality nursing service demonstration project" in the future, nurse job satisfaction is significantly increased, but the job satisfaction of emergency department and ICU is still in a low level. Tip nursing managers should focus on improving the working conditions of the respective departments to improve job satisfaction among nurses, nurse team to ensure stable and healthy development.
