护理风险管理在赫赛汀治疗Her-2过度表达乳腺癌患者中的应用

Application of nursing risk management over expression in breast cancer patients in the Herceptin treatment Her-2

目的：探讨护理风险管理在赫赛汀治疗人表皮生长因子受体2（Her-2）过度表达乳腺癌中的应用效果。方法：回顾性调查2013年1~12月在我院接受赫赛汀治疗的乳腺癌患者9例（102例次）护理风险事件18例次,根据风险事件的原因制定控制风险事件发生的策略;将2014年1~12月进行护理风险管理后患者11例（124例次）,与实施风险管理前的护理风险事件及满意度进行比较。结果：实施护理风险管理前后比较,护理风险事件明显减少,患者满意度显著提高,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在赫赛汀治疗Her-2过度表达乳腺癌中实施护理风险管理是可行的,能够有效减少护理风险事件的发生率,预防护理纠纷,提高患者满意度,可在临床中推广应用。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of nursing risk management in Herceptin therapy human epidermal growth factor receptor - 2 （ Her - 2） over- expression in breast cancer. Methods ： A retrospective investigation from January - December 2013 in our hospital accepted Herceptin therapy for patients with breast cancer in 9 patients （ 102 cases） of nursing risk events in 18 cases,to develop the control strategy of risk events according to the cause of the risk e- vent. From January to December in 2014 were nursing risk management of 11 patients （ 124 cases）, and implementation of risk management of nursing risk events and satisfaction degree were compared. Results ： The implementation of risk management in nursing before and after nursing risk pieces significantly reduced, patient＇s satisfaction improved significantly, there was statistically significant difference in the increase chemical （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： In the Herceptin treatment of HER - 2 overexpression breast cancer in implementing nursing risk management is feasible, can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, to prevent nursing disputes, improve the satisfaction of patients, in clinical application.
