益肾喘宁汤干预肾气虚哮喘模型的研究

Study on intervening asthma model with syndrome of deficiency of kidney qi by using Yishen Chuanning Decoction

目的:探讨中药验方益肾喘宁汤联合普米克令舒对肾气虚哮喘大鼠Treg/Th机制中细胞因子的影响及其可能机制。方法:将50只大鼠随机分为正常组、哮喘组、肾哮组、西药组、中西药组,观察各组大鼠肺组织病理学改变,检测肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13细胞因子的表达水平。结果:与正常组比较,哮喘组和肾哮组肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13值水平显著升高(P<0.05)。用药后,西药组、中西药联合组肺泡灌洗液中白细胞计数及IL-4、IL-5、IL-13值水平显著下降(P<0.05)。其中,以中西药组下降最明显(P<0.05)。结论:中西药联合干预对肾气虚哮喘大鼠具有明显疗效,这可能与药物调节细胞因子IL-4、IL-5、IL-13水平、减轻炎性细胞浸润相关。

Objective：To investigate the influence of Yishen Chuanning Decoction combined with pulmicort respulas on cytokines of Treg/Th mechanism in asthma rats with syndrome of deficiency of kidney qi,and the its possible mechanism.Methods：50 rats were randomly divided into control group,asthma group,asthma due to kidney disorder group,western medicine treatment group and western medicine combined with TCM treatment group.The pathological changes of rat lung tissue were observed,and the levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-3 and white blood cell count in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were tested.Results：Compared with control group,the levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-3 and white blood cell count of rats in asthma group and asthma due to kidney disorder group were increased significantly（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-5,IL-3 and white blood cell count of rats in western medicine treatment group and western medicine combined with TCM treatment group were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The intervening effect of western medicine combined with TCM on asthma rats with syndrome of deficiency of kidney qi is good,which might relate with the regulating effect on the levels of cytokines and inflammatory cells invasion.
