针刺大肠俞募穴对慢传输便秘小鼠结肠组织形态学的影响 被引量:19

Effects of acupuncture Shu and Mu acupoints in large intestine meridian on morphology of colon tissue of slow transit constipation mice

摘要 目的:探讨针刺大肠俞募穴对慢传输便秘小鼠结肠组织形态学改变的影响。方法:将64只小鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、针刺组和EGC组。造模成功后,对照组和模型组只固定不针刺,针刺组和EGC组接受针刺治疗。治疗后取标本,使用电镜、光镜观察结肠组织形态学变化,TUNEL染色检测细胞凋亡计数,比较组间差异。结果:针刺组结肠组织形态学相比模型组明显改善;针刺组细胞凋亡率相比模型组显著下降(P<0.05);EGC组细胞凋亡率与模型组相比显著下降(P<0.05),与针刺组相比显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:针刺能改善结肠组织形态学,促进结肠损伤的修复,是治疗慢传输便秘的理想疗法之一;EGC细胞在慢传输便秘发病中具有重要的作用,值得进一步深入探索。 Objective:To explore the effects of acupuncture Shu and Mu acupoints in large intestine meridian on morphology of colon tissue of slow transit constipation mice.Methods:64 mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,acupuncture group and EGC group.After modeling,the acupuncture group and EGC group were given the acupuncture treatment,while the control group and model group were given a fixed intervention.The morphological changes of colon tissue were observed with the electron microscope and light microscope.The apoptotic cells were detected by the TUNEL staining.Results:Compared with the control group,the morphological changes of colon tissue in the acupuncture group were significantly improved(P〈0.05).The cell apoptosis rate of the acupuncture group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05).The cell apoptosis rate of the EGC group was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05),while the EGC group was higher than the acupuncture group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture Shu and Mu acupoints in large intestine meridian could improve the morphological changes of colon tissue as well as the colon tissue damage,which would be likely to be one of the ideal therapies for slow transit constipation.EGC cells could play an important role in the incidence of slow transit constipation,which should be further explored.
