摘要
目的采用基因芯片法检测体检人群ALDH2基因,评价该方法应用于临床检测的可行性。方法检测对象为100例体检人员,采用基因芯片检测法,检测ALDH2基因第487突变位点3个不同的基因分型:GG型、GA型、AA型。结果共检出GG型72例,GA型26例,AA型2例。结论基因芯片检测法可满足临床ALDH2基因检测的要求,具有较好的临床应用前景。
Objective To adopt the gene chip method to detect the ALDH2 gene polymorphism for evaluating the feasibility of this method used in clinical detection.Methods 100 individuals undergoing the healthy physical examination were selected as the detection objects.The gene chip method was adopted to detect the genotype GG,GA and AA in 487 mutation loci of ALDH2 gene.Results 72 cases of GG type,26 cases of GA and 2cases of AA were detected out.Conclusion The gene chip method could meet the requirements of clinical ALDH2 gene detection with better clinical application prospect.
