Research Progress on the Consortium Acquisition mode of China's Library Consortia

中国图书馆联盟集团采购模式的研究内容主要包括3个方面,即基础性研究,包括概念、优点、特点、原则;运作机制研究,包括组织与管理、采购模式、经费、采购流程、评估;案例分析。中国图书馆联盟集团采购模式研究存在四点不足之处:理论研究未形成完整系统的体系;理论研究相时滞后;未能真正借鏊国外有益经验;案例分析研究对象范围过窄。

The research contents of consortium acquisition mode for China＇s library consortia were divided into three aspects：basic research,including concepts,advantages,characteristics,principles;operation mechanism,including organization and management,procurement mode,funds,purchasing process,assessment;case analysis.The four deficiencies of present research were that：theoretical research did not form a complete system;theoretical research was relatively lagging behind;relevant research failed to really draw lessons from foreign experience;research objects of case analysis were too narrow.
