摘要 介绍了MOOC国内外发展现状,分析了MOOC环境下高校图书馆员所面临的机遇,在此基础上,从图书馆领导与员工两个角度提出了建议,以促进高校图书馆融入MOOC发展进程。 The paper studied the domestic and overseas development of MOOC,and analyzed the opportunities for university librarians in the wave of MOOC,and then put forward some suggestions from the aspects of leaders and librarians in library to promote the integrated development of MOOC in university library.
