On Teaching Reform for Course of Food Microbiological Experiment for Food Examination Specialty in a Vocational College Based on Requirements of Food Industry

摘要 为满足行业要求重构高职食品检验专业食品微生物学实验课程内容,将相关标准纳入实验教学.为达到教学目标,采用了合理设计实验、加强对学生学习过程的管理和指导、加强对学生顶岗实习的指导、打破传统行课方式、以考促学等方法. It is expounded in this paper that experimental content has been redesigned for the course of food microbiological experiment for a vocational college in order to satisfy the requirements of microbiological examination in food industry.The practice is that related standards for microbiological examination in food industry have been introduced into the teaching of this course.It is summarized in this paper that the effective methods for attaining the teaching purpose were properly designing experiments,strengthening the supervision over students'learning process,providing timely guidance for students'practice in food industry,not implementing the course based on traditional course schedule and encouraging students to make greater efforts in study through appropriate examinations.
