摘要
随着知识经济与经济一体化程度的加深,科技进步与创新成为了影响武汉制造业可持续发展的重要甚至决定性因素,而科技资源的状况和配置效率是衡量企业科技进步与创新发展后劲的重要标杆。通过对武汉制造业2010—2013年科技资源现状进行分析,运用数据包络分析方法对武汉制造业23个行业的科技资源配置效率进行了评价,进而提出了优化武汉制造业科技资源配置的对策。
The progress and innovation of ST has become the important even decisive factor for the sustainable development along with the knowledge economy and the economic integration,and the status and allocation efficiency of ST resources had become the important standard to measure ST progress and innovation development of enterprises. The allocation efficiency of ST resource of manufacturing enterprises of 23 industries from year 2010 to 2013 in Wuhan were analyzed and evaluated based on DEA. And the countermeasures of optimizing the resources distribution were proposed.
