摘要
针对传统客机供应商选择方法通常只面向单一供应商的选择过程,存在针对性不强、无法进行供应商数量优化等缺陷,在对大型客机供应商进行分类的基础上,以采购成本、惩罚成本、产品质量、平均交付期和技术先进性为评价指标,以最小综合评价值为目标,建立了存在价格折扣的多目标规划模型,并提出了基于遗传算法的模型求解方法。通过算例分析验证了该模型和算法的有效性。
Traditional aircraft supplier selection method is typically only a single selection process,which has defects,such as " less targeted", " no optimal number for vendor",etc. Based on the classification of large aircraft suppliers,purchase cost,penalty cost,product quality,the average delivery period and advanced technology were used as evaluation index. A multi- objective programming model with price discounts was built,and the modeling method based on genetic algorithm was put forward to minimize the comprehensive evaluation index. The effectiveness of model and algorithm was verified through numerical examples.
