摘要 从财务风险、运营维护风险、安全健康风险等7个方面构建汽车零部件供应商风险评价体系,综合运用WBS-RBS和层次分析法建立评价模型。以某中德合资企业A车型本土化项目为例,在调研的基础上计算出供应商S2的风险值为25.95,属于较大风险,其中,关键操作人员备份和再培训评估风险、消防安全运行控制风险、劳动保护风险等8个风险是主要的风险因素,评价结果与项目实际基本一致。 The supplier risk evaluation system was established from 7 aspects,such as financial risk,operation and maintenance risk,safety and health risk; and the WBS- RBS and the AHP of analytic hierarchy process were used to establish the evaluation model. Taking a localization project of a German joint venture as an example,the risk value of S2 was calculated as25. 95,which means the S2 was risky. The 8 main risk factors were the key operation personnel backup and retraining assessment risk,the fire safety operation control risk,labor protection risk and so on. The result is in according with the project reality.
