近年来,在经济增长平稳减速的背景下,我国服务业发展稳中有进、增长势头显著,服务业作为国民经济第一大产业的地位不断巩固。展望未来五年,我国服务业发展面临不少新背景和新要求,既是挑战也是机遇,既有压力也蕴藏着动力。应有针对性地促进不同类型服务业的全面发展,从推进体制改革和机制创新、完善政策支持体系、强化保障措施三方面入手,着力提升服务业发展规模和效率,形成"市场化、产业化、社会化、国际化"的新格局。

In the context of the smooth slowdown in economic growth, China＇s service industry development shows steady advance recently. As the largest industry of the national economy, service industry＇s status becomes more and more consolidate. For the 13th Five-year period, China＇s service industry will he facing many new backgrounds and requirements, which are both challenges and opportunities, both stress and impetus. We will need to promote the fully development of different service sectors, from reforming system and mechanism, improving the policy support system, strengthening safeguards, to enhance the scale and efficiency of the service industry, and to form the new pattern of marketization, socialization, industrialization and internationalization.
