摘要 针对当前高职学生中存在的问题,通过分析创新的内涵要素,提出了以项目驱动的三元制创新能力培养机制;依托由学校、校办生产基地和社会企业三方联动的专家工作室;整合不同学科资源,将校外元素引入校内的学习活动中,使产品研发与课堂教学内容结合,项目实施与专业技能操作相结合。实施多元价值评价,使学校的教学紧跟企业和社会的发展变化,学生的创新能力得到了全面提高。 Against the existing problems in the current vocational school students and by analyzing the connotation elements of innovation, the innovating ability training mechanism is put forward by means of the ternary system based on project driven. The expert workshop is set up and based on the vocational school, the school runs the production base and the social enterprise. By integrating the various discipline resources, the external elements are introduced to the learning activities. This leads to the combination of product research and curricular teaching, and the connection of project implementation and professional skills training. School teaching follows the development of the enterprise and society because of the multi-value evaluation implementation. Students' innovating ability has also been improved in all aspects.
