摘要
介绍了双工位塑料片材收卷工作流程及收卷机的主要结构要点,同时对收卷系统的张力控制及变频器控制进行详细分析。变频收卷系统采用能吸收张力变化的弹性张力架,收卷的张力由张力气缸来确定,调整气压即可调整收卷的张力;张力控制利用张力传感器反馈,变频器工作于速度控制方式,通过变频器内置的PID调节器进行速度调节,实现收卷线速度恒定,维持系统张力稳定。该控制方案成本较低,控制简单,收卷质量稳定,满足塑料片材生产线连续生产的要求。
The paper describes the major structural features and workflow of the dual-station Plastic Sheet winder, and analyzes the tension control and inverter control. The winding system of the inverter adopts the elastic tension frame to absorb the tension changes. The winding tension is controlled by tension cylinder, and adjusted by the air pressure. The inverter works on speed control mode, and guarantees the constant tension and constant winding linear velocity by PID algorithm of inverter with the feedback of tension sensor. The control scheme is of low cost and easy to control, with a stable winding quality, meeting the requirements of continuous production.
