On the Current Status of Teachers' Qualities in Scientific research at Vocational Colleges and Counter-measures to Improvement: With Suzhou Chien-shiung Institute of Technology as an Example

教学和科研是高职院校发展的两个重要方面。目前,高职院校普遍存在缺乏科研氛围和科研组织机构,教师科研意识薄弱,科研能力不强等问题。如何提升高职院校教师科研素质已成为高职院校发展的重要问题。

Teaching and research are the two important aspects in the development of vocational colleges. Vocational colleges are heavily short of researching circumstances and organizations; teachers don＇t have a strong awareness of scientific research and are weak in research capabilities. How to improve the teachers＇ qualities in scientific research in vocational colleges has become an important issue in the development of vocational colleges.
