摘要
应用现代学徒制理论剖析地方高校毕业生就业见习体系对高职院校进行人才培养的适用性,依据教育部与人社部文件,提出了融合于就业见习体系的现代学徒制机制的构建策略:加强地方政策与财政支持,提高企业服务社会责任,强化高职院校社会服务功能,充分利用校、企双方有利于高职教育人才培养质量提升的优势资源,实现高职教育人才培养过程的有机衔接,推进高职教育改革与企业创新能力的提升。
The applicability of the employment and probation system of local college graduates to the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges was analyzed with the modern apprenticeship theory. In addition, under the guidance of the documents issued by the Ministry of Education and Human Community, the strategies of modern apprenticeship mechanism were presented: strengthening the local government policies and financial supports, improving the enterprise responsibilities and reinforcing the functions of the higher vocational colleges to serve the society, and utilizing the superior sources of the enterprise-college to promote the talents' quality of higher vocational colleges, to make an organic coupling in the course of the talents training between enterprises and colleges and promote the capabilities in education reform of the higher vocational college and the innovations of the enterprise.
