新常态下航海高职学生思政教育的创新研究

The Innovation Research of Ideological and Political Education for the Students in the Maritime Higher Vocational Institutions under the New Normal

航海高职院校学生的思政教育是航海高职院校高素质、高技能人才培养的重要步骤之一。当前,航海高职学生思政教育具备由科学性到规律性、由阶段性到长期性、由艺术性到实效性、由层次性到全面性、由操作性到常规性、由导向性到自觉性等特点;在学生思政教育方面还存在学校思政教育氛围不浓、教师忙于学生事务偏多、学生社会情感淡薄、专业思想不稳定、思政教师职业倦怠、思政教材形式单调等问题;航海高职院校要营造思政教育氛围,科学管理学生事务,落实思政教育措施,充分利用校园网络,拓展教育空间,选择科学实用教材,教育影响学生,进一步提高航海类高职院校学生思想政治教育的针对性和有效性。

The ideological and political education for the students is one of the important steps in the training talents of high qualities and high skills in the Maritime Higher Vocational Institutions. At present, ideological and political education for the students is featured with the following aspects in Maritime Higher Vocational Institutions： from scientific to regular, from periodic to maintain long-term, from artistic to actual, from hierarchical to comprehensive, from operational to conventional, and from guiding to self-conscious. The atmosphere of ideological and political education to students in the school is not strong, and the teachers are over-engaged in students＇ affairs. Some problems in the Ideological and political education are： the students＇ social emotion is weak, the students＇ professional ideas are unstable, the ideological and political teachers are worn-out in their occupation, and the form of ideological and political teaching materials is monotonous. Therefore, Maritime Higher Vocational Institutions should create an atmosphere of ideological and political education, scientifically manage students＇ affairs, implement measures in ideological and political education, make full use of campus network and expand education space and choose the scientific and practical teaching so as to influence students＇ education.
