摘要
学生进入企业顶岗实习是近年来高职院校"工学结合"办学的主要形式,对学生个人考核评价是管理顶岗实习的关键所在。本文提出了建立在交叉考评共同责任制基础上具有层级模型或关系模型的新型指标评价体系,构建了其数学模型:在雷达图中按照考评内容的各种关联情况对各指标进行排列布局,在此基础上将各指标的得分结合其在雷达图中的布局进行计算,最终实现为总评分的演算设计三种具有各自适用情境的算法。
The internship through enterprises offering students relative operating posts becomes the main pattern of the "working-learning combination" guiding the ideology pursued by many polytechnics in recent years, assessment and evaluation for student individuals is the key factor of internship management. The paper presented the new evaluation system of indexes with hierarchical model or relational model on the basis of crosschecking joint responsibilities, constructed its mathematical model: arranges the layout of all indexes in radar chart through exploring various relationships among evaluation contents, on this basis conducts calculation by composing scores with the radar chart layout of all indexes, finally realized designing three algorithms of total score accounting, which have different applicable environments separately.
