摘要
提出了基于灵敏度分析和动刚度计算的车架轻量化方法。灵敏度计算以车架钣金件板厚为设计变量,一阶扭转和弯曲模态为约束,质量最小为目标;选取对质量敏感而对一阶弯曲和扭转不敏感的钣金件减小厚度;对减重8 kg的车架先后进行模态计算和动刚度计算,并与减重前的车架对比。对比结果表明,该减重方案的模态频率值和动刚度值满足NVH性能对车架的要求,该方法合理可行。
A lightweight study method of the frame based on sensitivity analysis and calculation of thedynamic stiffness was given. The sensitivity was calculated with the thickness of the frame sheet metalas the design variables, the first-order torsion and bending modes as the constraints, the minimum qual-ity as the objectives. The sheet metal parts was selected, which was sensitive to the quality but not tothe first-order bending and torsion to reduce the thickness of the sheet metal parts. The modal valueand dynamic stiffness were calculated for the frame losing 8 kg; and the results were compared with thecalculation before the weight loss. The comparison shows the modal frequency and dynamic stiffnessvalues of the weight loss program can meet the NVH performance requirements for the frame and themethod is feasible.
