基于正交试验方法的某六缸发动机性能优化

摘要 基于AVL BOOST软件建立某六缸发动机模型,仿真分析了进气正时、排气正时、喷油提前角对发动机性能的单因素影响,绘制了三因素影响曲线图;利用正交试验方法找到了该发动机各因素显著性影响顺序及最佳的进、排气正时与喷油提前角组合以优化发动机性能,对燃油经济性进行了点估计及验证;经过仿真分析与优化,结果表明:发动机的经济性提升了3.89%,动力性提升了3.72%。 Based on the AVL BOOST software, a six-cylinder engine model was established, the singleeffect of intake timing, exhaust timing and fuel injection advance angle on the engine performance wasanalyzed, then the graphs of the three factors' influence were drawn; the order of the factors significant-ly affecting the engine and the best combination of intake and exhaust timing and fuel injection advanceangle were found by the orthogonal experiment method to optimize the engine performance. Finally, thefuel economy was point-estimated and verified. Through simulation analysis and optimization, the re-sults show the engine's economy is increased by 3.89%, the power performance is increased by 3.72%.
