Liu Pingyong＇s works are rooted in the reality, focusing on social hot issues. Thus, his works are full of distinctive spirit of realism. However, his endeavor is not to analyze the social significance of the event self but the characters related to the event from the perspective of the humanism so as to interpret and examine the social problems.
