考虑系统暂态稳定的动态无功点优化配置

摘要 在对电力系统分区的基础上,利用暂态稳定裕度指标对轨迹灵敏度无功优化配置方法进行改进,提出了考虑系统暂态稳定动态无功点优化配置方法.该方法以保证系统内所有节点暂态稳定为前提,避免最终的补偿点来自于同一分区导致的补偿效果的有限性.通过考察暂态稳定性差的节点的受扰过程,缩减了轨迹灵敏度指标计算范围,达到兼顾系统薄弱环节和量化补偿效果确定无功配置点的目的.IEEE 39节点系统和广东电网220 k V网络算例验证了该方法的有效性. Based on the partition of power system,the transient stability margin index which can accurately determine the system steady state under transient disturbance was used to improve the trajectory sensitivity of reactive power optimization configuration method. And a reactive power optimization method considering transient stability of the trajectory sensitivity configuration was put forward. Ensuring all system nodes' transient stability as a prerequisite,the new method could avoid the limitation of compensation effect when the final compersation points come from the same partion. According to studying the disturbed process of nodes whose transient stability is weak,the calculation of trajectory sensitivity index is reduced,achieving the purpose of determining reactive power configuration points,which considers both weak links and quantitative compensation system. The proposed scheme is verified to be effective by IEEE 39 points system and 220 k V power system network of Guangdong province.
