厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗胃癌术后早期倾倒综合征52例

Fifty-Two Cases of Early Dumping Syndrome After the Operation on Stomach Cancer Treated with Decoction of Officinal Magnolia Bark and Fresh Ginger and Pinellia and Licorice and Ginseng

目的:观察厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗胃癌术后早期倾倒综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取胃癌术后早期倾倒综合征患者102例,随机分为治疗组52例和对照组50例。治疗组给予厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤加减治疗,对照组给予多潘立酮治疗。结果:两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率90.38%,对照组有效率66.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候疗效比较,治疗组有效率94.23%,对照组有效率68.00%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:厚朴生姜半夏甘草人参汤治疗胃癌术后倾倒综合征疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Officinal Magnolia Bark and Fresh Ginger and Pinellia and Licorice and Ginseng（ DOMBFGPLG） on early dumping syndrome after the operation on stomach cancer. Methods： One hundred and two patients with early dumping syndrome after the operation on stomach cancer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 52 and 50 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the treatment group were given VDOMBFGPLG,while the ones in the control group were treated with domperidone. Results： In terms of the clinical curative effect,the effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 38%,while that of the control group was 66. 00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. In terms of the clinical curative effect on TCM syndromes,the effective rate of the treatment group was 94. 23%,while that of the control group was 68. 00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： DOMBFGPLG has the remarkable clinical curative effect on early dumping syndrome after the operation on stomach cancer.
