川芎嗪注射液对紫杉醇所致大鼠癌性神经病理性疼痛的影响 被引量:1

The Influence of Etramethylpyrazine Injection on Rats with Malignant Neuropathic Pain due to Tetramethylpyrazine

摘要 目的:观察川芎嗪注射液对紫杉醇所致癌性神经病理性疼痛SD大鼠行为学的影响。方法:选取22只成年雄性清洁级SD大鼠,按照随机数字表法分为A组6只、B组8只、C组8只。A组、B组、C组大鼠在第1天、第3天、第5天、第7天分别腹腔注射紫杉醇,剂量为2.0 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)(溶于1 m L生理盐水中),A组为对照组,B组(川芎嗪组)大鼠在第1~第14天腹腔注射川芎嗪注射液200 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)(溶于1 m L生理盐水中),C组(普瑞巴林组)大鼠在第1~第14天口服普瑞巴林3 mg·(kg·d)^(-1)(溶于1 m L蒸馏水中),A组、B组均口服等体积蒸馏水,同时保证每组腹腔注入等体积液体(A组、C组第1~14天腹腔注入1 m L生理盐水)。结果:B组、C组第12天、第14天、第20天大鼠后肢MWT优于A组(P<0.05),B组第12天、第14天大鼠后肢MWT优于C组(P<0.05);B组、C组第7天、第14天、第20天大鼠后肢TWL优于A组(P<0.05),B组第16天后肢TWL优于C组(P<0.05);B组大鼠坐骨神经受损程度优于A组、C组。结论:川芎嗪注射液能有效防治紫杉醇所致大鼠神经病理性疼痛,疗效与普瑞巴林相当。 Objective: To observe the influence of Etramethylpyrazine Injection( TMPI) on the behaviors of rats with malignant neuropathic pain due to tetramethylpyrazine. Methods: Twenty-two adult male clean-grade SD rats were chosen and divided into A Group with 6 cases,B Group with 8 and C Group with 8 according to random number table method. On the 1st day,the 3rd day,the 5th day and the 7th day,all the rats in these three groups were given intraperitoneal injection of Paclitaxel PTX with the dosage of 2. 0 mg·( kg·d)^-1( melted in 1 m L normal saline). A Group was regarded as the control group; B Group was Tetramethylpyrazine group. The rats in the B Group were given Tetramethylpyrazine Injection 200 mg·( kg·d)^-1( melted in 1m L normal saline) from the 1st day to the 14 th day. C Group was Pregabalin group. The rats in the C Group were given Pregabalin 3 mg·( kg·d)^-1( melted in 1m L distilled water). All the rats in A Group and B Group were given the same volume of distilled water,at the same time the same volume of fluid was guaranteed to be injected into the belly( All the rats in A Group and C Group were given 1 m L normal saline into the belly from the 1st day to the 14 th day.) Results: On the 12 th day,14 th day and the 20 th day,the rats hind legs MWT of B Group and C Group were better than that of A Group( P〈0. 05). On the 12 th day and 14 th day,the rats hind legs MWT of B Group was better than that of C Group( P〈0. 05). On the 7th day,14 th day and the 20 th day,the rats hind legs TWL of B Group and C Group was better than that of A Group( P〈0. 05). On the 16 th day,the rats hind legs TWL of B Group was better than that of C Group( P〈0. 05). Sciatic nerve damage degree of B Group was better than those of A Group and C Group. Conclusion: Tetramethylpyrazine Injection can greatly prevent rats' neuropathic pain due to Paclitaxel,and its clinical curative effect is equal to that of Pregabalin.
