益肾定眩汤联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

The Clinical Research into Acute Cerebral Infarction Treated with Edaravone in Combination with Yishen Dingxuan Decoction

目的:观察益肾定眩汤联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选取急性脑梗塞患者130例,随机分为观察组和对照组各65例。在急性脑梗死常规治疗的基础上,对照组加用依达拉奉联合疏血通静脉滴注治疗,观察组加用依达拉奉静脉滴注联合益肾定眩汤口服治疗。治疗2周后,比较两组患者治疗前后的NIHSS评分,并根据NIHSS评分变化评价患者的临床疗效。结果:经过2周治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分为(4.64±1.28)分,对照组为(8.02±1.75)分,两组患者治疗后的NIHSS评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痊愈率为26.15%,有效率为90.77%,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益肾定眩汤联合依达拉奉能够显著改善急性脑梗死患者的神经功能缺损症状,提高急性脑梗死的临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of edaravone in combination with Yishen Dingxuan Decoction（ YSDXD） on acute cerebral infarction. Methods： One hundred and thirty patients with acute cerebral infarction were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 65 cases in each group. Based on the routine treatment,the ones in the control group were added edaravone in combination with Shuxuetong（ SXT） for intravenous drip,while the ones in the observation group were added edaravone for intravenous drip and YSDXD for oral administration. After 2 weeks＇ treatment,NIHSS scores before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared to evaluate their clinical curative effects. Results： After 2weeks＇ treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was（ 4. 64 ± 1. 28）,while that of the control group was（ 8. 02 ±1. 75）. The NIHSS scores of the two groups after the treatment were much lower than those of after the treatment（ P〈0. 05）; And the observation group was much lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The cure rate and the effective rate of the observation group were 26. 15% and 90. 77% respectively,which were much higher than those of the control group,（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Edaravone in combination with YSDXD can greatly improve the nervous function defect of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and the clinical curative effect.
