独活寄生汤结合运动疗法治疗膝关节炎68例

Sixty-Eight Cases of Knee Osteoarthritis Treated with Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in Combination with Exercise Therapy

目的:观察独活寄生汤结合运动疗法治疗膝关节炎的临床效果。方法:选取膝关节炎患者136例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。对照组给予独活寄生汤治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用运动疗法治疗。结果:治疗1个月后,观察组有效率为97.06%,对照组有效率为95.59%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1 a后,观察组有效率为98.53%,对照组有效率为88.24%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤结合运动疗法治疗膝关节炎疗效显著,且治疗效果较为稳定。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in combination with exercise therapy on knee osteoarthritis. Methods： One hundred and thirty-six patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 68 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction,while the ones in the observation group were added exercise therapy based on the treatment of the control group. Results： One month later after the treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 97. 06%,while that of the control group was 95. 59%,and there was no statistical significance between their difference（ P〈0. 05）. One year later after the treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 98. 53%,while that of the control group was 88. 24%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction in combination with exercise therapy has the remarkable clinical curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,and the relatively stable curing effect.
