经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术后应用中药治疗高龄胫骨远端骨折临床研究

The Clinical Research into Elderly Distal Femoral Fractures Treated with TCM After Percutaneous Minimally Invasive Locking Plate Internal Fixation

目的:观察经皮微创锁定钢板内固定术后应用中药治疗高龄胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年1月—2014年12月收治的胫骨远端骨折高龄患者116例,随机分为观察组与对照组各58例,两组均实施经皮微创锁定钢板内固定手术治疗,观察组在此基础上于术后联合补肾活血方进行治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗显效率与有效率明显高于对照组,骨折愈合时间少于对照组,术后疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,而踝关节功能评分则明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论:对胫骨远端骨折高龄患者行经皮微创锁定钢板内固定手术治疗后联合补肾活血方治疗,能够有效缩短骨折愈合时间,减少术后疼痛,疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM after percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation on elderly distal femoral fractures. Methods： One hundred and sixteen patients with elderly distal femoral fractures were treated in our hospital between Jan. of 2012 and Dec. of 2014 were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 58 cases in each group. All the ones in the two groups were given percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation,and the ones in observation group were added Decoction for Nourishing Kidney and Activating Blood Circulation（ DNKABC） based on the basic treatment. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After the treatment,the observation group＇s remarkable clinical curative effect rate and the total effect rate were much higher than those of the control group; Its fracture cure time was shorter than that of the control group; Its postoperative VAS score was lower than that of the control group; But its ankle joint function score was much higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. And all the difference between them had statistical significance. Conclusion： DNKABC is used after percutaneous minimally invasive locking plate internal fixation has the remarkable clinical curative effect on elderly distal femoral fractures,can effectively shorten the time for fracture cure and relieve postoperative pain.
