活血通脉方联合外科手术治疗下肢静脉曲张20例

Twenty Cases of Lower Extremity Varicose Veins Treated with Decoction for Unblocking Meridians and Invigorate Blood Circulation in Combination with Surgery

目的:观察活血通脉方联合外科手术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果。方法:选取本院2014年1月—2015年2月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者40例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。对照组给予外科手术治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上加用活血通脉方治疗。结果:试验组治疗后红肿、发热、疼痛、硬索与结节评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后髌骨上15 cm肿胀、髌骨下10 cm肿胀与患肢瘀斑面积评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗14 d、28 d后有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:活血通脉方联合外科手术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床效果显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction for Unblocking Meridians and Invigorate Blood Circulation（ DUMIBC） in combination with surgery on lower extremity varicose veins. Methods： Forty patients with lower extremity varicose veins who were treated in our hospital between and were chosen as the research objects,and randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given surgeon treatment,while the ones in the treatment group were added DUMIBC based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,redness,fever,pain,hard line and nodule scores of the experiment group were all better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Its swelling 15 cm above patellar score and the score 10 cm under patellar,and bruises area score were all better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Its effectiveness at 14 days and 28 days after the treatment were all better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： DUMIBC in combination with surgery has the remarkable clinical curative effect on lower extremity varicose veins.
