益气活血方治疗1型糖尿病肾病13例

Thirteen Cases of Type Ⅰ Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Prescription of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation

目的:观察益气活血方治疗1型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取1型糖尿病肾病患者26例,随机分为观察组和对照组各13例。两组患者均给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用益气活血方治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸贝那普利治疗。结果:观察组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率84.6%,对照组有效率61.5%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24 h UAE、24 h Upro、FPG、2 h PG、Ccr优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血方治疗1型糖尿病肾病疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Prescription of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation on type Ⅰ diabetic nephropathy. Methods： Twenty-six patients with type Ⅰ diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 13 cases in each group. All the ones in the two groups were first given routine treatment. Then the ones in the observation group were added Prescription of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation,while the ones in the control group were added benazepril hydrochloride. Results： After the treatment,symptom score of the observation group was much lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 84. 6%,while that of the control group was 61. 5%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,24 h UAE,24 h Upro,FPG,2h PG and Ccr of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion： Prescription of Supplementing Qi and Activating Blood Circulation has the precise clinical curative effect on type I diabetic nephropathy.
