养阴清肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎45例

Forty-Five Cases of Child Bronchial Pneumonia Treated with Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction in Combination with Azithromycin

目的:观察养阴清肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎临床疗效。方法:将90例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予退热、祛痰、止咳、平喘等常规治疗,另给予阿奇霉素10 mg·(kg·d)-1,静脉滴注,抗感染治疗5 d,停4 d后,再予阿奇霉素颗粒口服治疗3 d;观察组在对照组的基础上给予养阴清肺汤口服,连续治疗2周。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患儿肺部阴影明显减轻(P<0.05),发热、咳嗽、气促喘息及肺部湿罗音消失时间明显降低(P<0.05)。对照组有效率为62.2%,观察组有效率为88.9%,两组有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:养阴清肺汤联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支气管肺炎疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction in combination with azithromycin on child bronchial pneumonia. Methods： Ninety patients with child bronchial pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine symptomatic treatment for removing fever and phlegm,stopping cough and asthma,plus 10 mg·（ kg·d）^- 1azithromycin for intravenous drip to resist infection for 5 days continuously,then stopped for 4 days,then again used azithromycin granules for oral administration for 3 days,while the ones in the observation group were added Yin-Nourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction for oral administration for 2 weeks based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the control group was62. 2%,while that of the observation group was 88. 9%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.Compared with the control group,the observation group patients＇ lung shadows significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）; Its fever,cough,shortness of breath,asthma and lung moist rales disappearing time significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： YinNourishing and Lung-Clearing Decoction in combination with azithromycin has the remarkable clinical curative effect on child bronchial pneumonia.
