国内对小儿病毒性肺炎的中医辨证治疗,尚缺乏全面、系统、深入的理论研究,在临床实践中,往往以传统、宏观的辨证方法进行辨证施治,常常主观性较强,在量化上不能象现代医学诊断标准那样微观。应将中医传统宏观辨证规律,引入现代医学微观辨病指标,深入研究探讨小儿病毒性肺炎的证候特点,客观地反映疾病的中医证候规律,以便更科学地指导中医治疗,提高中医疗效。

The domestic research on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of infantile viral pheumonia lacks comprehensive,systemic and profound studies. In clinical practice,the conventional and macroscopical syndrome differentiation and treatment is often subjective and can＇t be so microscopical as the diagnostic standard of modern medicine. Therefore,the law of conventional and macroscopical TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment should be introduced into the microscopical disease differentiation indicators of modern medicine to deeply explore the characteristics of the symptoms of infantile viral pheumonia,objectively reflect the law of TCM symptoms of the diseases,finally scientifically guide the TCM treatment and enhance the TCM efficacy.
