中药熏洗治疗肛周脓肿术后肛门湿疹150例

One Hundred and Fifty Cases of Anus Eczema After Crissum Abscess Surgery Treated with TCM Fumigation

目的:观察中药熏洗治疗肛周脓肿术后肛门湿疹的疗效。方法:选取本院2011年1月—2013年12月收治的肛周脓肿术后肛门湿疹患者300例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组150例。对照组给予护理干预治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药熏洗治疗。结果:治疗组有效率94%,对照组有效率19%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛周脓肿术后肛门湿疹有较好疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM fumigation on anus eczema after crissum abscess surgery.Methods： Three hundred patients with anus eczema after crissum abscess surgery who were treated in our hospital between Jan. of2011 and Dec. of 2013 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 150 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given nursing intervention,while the ones in the treatment group were added TCM fumigation based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,while that of the control group was 19%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： TCM hip-bath fumigation has the remarkable clinical curative effect on anus eczema after crissum abscess surgery.
